What is the IPCS?

For approximately three decades, the Founder of ENHICA Research had close ties and interactions with The International Programme on Chemical Safety (IPCS). IPCS is a cooperative programme of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the International Labor Organization (ILO), and the World Health Organization (WHO).

IPCS
has active linkages with other international organizations and national governmental agencies concerned with chemical safety. The Founder of ENHICA Research had also close ties and interactions with other international scientific bodies including the International Union of Pharmacology (IUPHAR), a designated non-governmental organization in official relations with WHO, UICC and FAO.

ERIN is a network which is interested in investigating the effectiveness of treating human diseases with foods, and food additives.

“TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN”

Professor EA Bababunmi is a member of the World Health Organization Expert Committee on Food Safety and has served as a member of the World Health Organization and Food & Agriculture Organization Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives. He has contributed over many years to the work of the World Health Organization, particularly in the field of toxicology where he has provided consultant and expert adviser inputs. This has been mainly through the International Programme on Chemical Safety (IPCS) – a cooperative programme of the United Nations Environment Programme, the International Labour Organization, and the World Health Organization. For this programme he has served on meetings of experts evaluating the toxicity and potential human health impact of chemicals and has collaborated in the organization of advanced training workshops on metabolic aspects of chemical toxicity.
