1980 Ibadan, Nigeria	Contemporary Techniques in Biochemistry. Coordinated by Myrtle Ira Thabrew, Ph.D. (Sri Lanka) and Enitan A. Bababunmi, Ph.D., DSc., at the University of Ibadan.
1981 Ibadan, Nigeria	An ICRO/Unesco course designed for young scientists who have been trained and are beginning research careers in "Biological Membranes". The course Directors were Ernesto Carafoli, M.D., Ph.D., and Enitan A. Bababunmi, Ph.D., DSc.
1987 Ibadan, Nigeria	International workshop on Drug Metabolism and Toxicology: Implications for Public Health, with the co-sponsorship of: IPCS, UNEP, ILO, WHO, and IUPHAR and The Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Research and Training. The workshop directors were the late Edward Smith, MD and Enitan A. Bababunmi Ph.D., DSc.
1994 Lagos, Nigeria	International Seminar on "Environmental Science and Technology" cosponsored by Lagos State University and a consortium of Universities (eg. KUOPIO) in Finland.
1995 Accra, Ghana	International Workshop on "Environmental and Social Sciences cosponsored by Lagos State University and the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
2000 Ilorin, Nigeria	National Workshop on "Fungal Toxins in Relation to Human Muscle Damage and Degeneration. Cosponsored by Nigeria Society of Experimental Biology (NISEB) West African Bioinfomatics Research Institute (WABRI)
